Fulfillment Times:

Multiple variables will impact order fulfillment times. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you if we need more time to fulfill your order.

Shipping:

We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping addresses are used from your order details. If your billing and shipping addresses differ, please specify during checkout.

Refund/Cancelation:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your order, please email info@jarijadecreations.com with the subject line 'Cancel Order/Order Number' within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. After the refund is processed, it may take 8-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Returns:

Orders that have been personalized in any way are ineligible for returns. However, in cases of our error, we assure prompt replacements to rectify any mistakes on our end.
